Richard A. Wille

Richard A. Wille, 80, formerly of Brunswick, Ohio passed away December 22, 2017 in Wooster, Ohio. Richard was born August 29, 1937 in Cleveland. He had been an electrician at the Parma plant for General Motors. He was married to Helen (nee Johnson) Wille, deceased. Three children Deborah (Wayne) Hite, of Brunswick, Richard Wille, IV of Homerville, Christine (William) Widenmeyer of West Salem. Grandchildren- Bill, Olivia, and Blake Widenmeyer. Sister, Janet (Lee) Wheaton, Brother, Alvin Hickling and Sister-in-law, Barb Wille. Preceded in death by his parents Evelyn Hickling and Richard Wille III, siblings-Edward, Alan, Donald and Carol. Dad had a great love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was saved as a child when the Gideon New Testaments were given in schools. He shared the gospel; with many people. Richard enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and airplanes. He and his late wife Helen built their home and helped Chris and Bill build their home as well. Richard had a special talent in woodworking, building a lot of different items. At Richard’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life Gathering on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, with a Service at 5:30PM. Pastor Steve Miller, officiating.
