We cannot express enough the gratitude we felt for the care extended to our family. Bill's death was unexpected and Mary Ann was so patient and considerate as we tried to make the right decisions. She showed us an option of having a fire truck in the procession. That morning turned from such sorrow to a feeling of joy as we watched our loved one, a retired firefighter being surrounded by those he loved the opportunity to ride along all the way to the cemetery next to their grandpa/great grandpa.
